Postponed Community Cultural Kitchen – Bosnia

Join us for a special multicultural cooking class led by a newcomer from Bosnia, who will teach us how to make one of the most beloved dishes of the Balkans — Burek. Many have tasted it, but not everyone knows how to prepare this beautiful dish at home from scratch.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will:
-Learn how to make traditional thin dough by hand.
-Practice stretching and shaping the dough the authentic way.

Prepare two versions of Burek:

• a vegan option

• a meat option

Discover tips, techniques, and cultural stories behind this iconic dish.

This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for most dietary preferences. Come cook, learn, and enjoy a warm cultural experience together.
