Wellness Check-In Caring Connection – Community Care Registered Nurse – Horizon Health

Stop into MAS (593 Main Street, Sussex, NB) every third week of each month for the Wellness Check-In Caring Connection.
On Tuesday, January 20th Trevor a Citizen Services Specialist from Service Canada will be here from 10am to 12pm and will be taking walk ins to help with things like applying for the Dental Program, applying or renewing your social insurance number and any applications you need help with through Service Canada.
Anita a Community Care Registered Nurse from Horizon Health will be at MAS from 1pm-3pm She’ll be available to provide:
Flu shots
Blood pressure checks
Referrals to outside services
