Then from two to four, Martha, our regional Community Peer Support Worker with CMHA, will be here offering uplifting emotional and practical support, helping you find resources, set goals, and build real strategies for self‑empowerment.
Both services are completely free, open to anyone in the Kings region, and you can just walk right in — no appointment needed. And yes… Martha usually brings some fun free swag too.”
