Molasses Cookies

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Soften Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
Description

The rich sweetness of molasses pairs perfectly with a hint of warm spices like cinnamon and ginger, creating a cookie that’s both hearty and nostalgic. Preparation
Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Preheat Oven to 350F
- In a bowl cream together margarine, brown sugar, molasses.
- Add one well beaten egg to creamed mixture until light and fluffy.
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Shape into small balls and roll in granulated white sugar, flatten with or without sugar flatten to the thickness of provided picture.
- Place on cookie sheet two fingers apart from each other.
